 Retreats:

Thank you for inquiring about our meditation retreats and non duality satsangs.  Our goal is to provide you with the opportunity to profoundly relax and deeply explore your true nature under the guidance of a respected advaita teacher.

While spiritual books and videos are helpful to clarify understanding and provide inspiration, their benefits are immeasurably surpassed by the living truth transmitted in the physical presence of a genuine spiritual teacher.  Our week-long advaita retreats provide extended interaction with Francis Lucille in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.  Each day with Francis includes meditation, sacred yoga instruction, and question-and-answer satsang.  Free time is available for reflection, exercise, spiritual fellowship, and fun!  Delicious and healthy vegetarian meals are also offered.

Most of the non duality yoga retreats are held in beautiful Temecula, California, approximately one hour northeast of San Diego.  Spiritual retreats are also given in Tampa, Florida, Paris, Barcelona, and Weyan, Germany.  Some advaita retreats in Temecula are offered for two weeks; (stay for one or both weeks).  Please check the Upcoming Meditation Retreats section for information on schedule, dates, lodging, transportation, and board.  Scholarships are available for those who are financially constrained.

Video conferences (A.K.A. Webinars) are a new, exciting way to stay in touch with Francis or to get introduced to his teachings from anywhere in the world. A computer and a broadband connection are required for video and sound, (with an on-board mike if you wish to ask questions). You can also just dial in from a phone for audio only.

Satsangs:

“Satsang” means "meeting in the presence of the truth".  Non duality satsangs are offered in Temecula every Saturday and alternate Sundays when Francis is in residence.  These advaita workshops start with a meditation guided by Francis followed by a break for   refreshments and fellowship.  After the break, Francis answers questions in an extensive interactive session.  If you are in the area, please give yourself the transformative opportunity of being in the presence of a well-regarded advaita teacher.   Please check the Non Duality Satsang section for upcoming satsangs and other special events.
